Manage Tables and Seating Assignments

Table management helps organizers assign attendees to specific tables for dinners, banquets and special events.

Create Tables

  1. Click Manage Tables
  2. Click Add Table
  3. Select Event
  4. Enter Table Name
  5. Add Description
  6. Click Save

Auto Generate Tables

Enter the number of tables required and EventsBurst will create them automatically.

Assign Guests

  1. Open Attendees
  2. Select Assign Table
  3. Choose Table
  4. Save

Bulk Assignment

Multiple attendees can be assigned to tables using bulk assignment tools.

Guest Table Lookup

Attendees can use the guest table lookup feature to find their assigned table before or during the event.
